  • The Flats at the Reserve – Wyoming, MI

    A 138-unit single story rental project known as the Flats at the Reserve, which is located in a fully-entitled planned unit development (PUD) that has been owned by Granger since 2001. The property is zoned and entitled with siteplan approvals in place. The project commenced in July 2021 and is slated for completion August of 2022.

  • The Village Flats at Metro Health Village – Wyoming, MI

    The project is located on the Metro Health Village campus, which will include 120 units of apartments and condos with 10,000 sf of retail storefront on Granger-owned land. The entitlement approvals are in place and construction is expected to begin in Q3 of 2021 with completion in Spring of 2023.

  • Keeler Flats – Grand Rapids, MI

    This landmark building, built in 1912 and formerly occupied by Keeler Brass Co., is located in the heart of Downtown Grand Rapids on the corner of Division and Fountain. The 263,000 square foot project will consist of ground floor retail and 185 units of market rate apartments with great amenities. The property is under contract and construction is expected to begin in Q4 of 2021 with completion in the Summer of 2023.

  • WestPark Flats – Lansing, MI

    The project is located on Saginaw and Waverly Road with 210 units of multifamily rentals in the heart of a fully entitled planned unit development consisting of 40,000sf of retail and 150 single family homes. Development of the project is slated for construction in Q2 of 2022 with completion by Spring of 2023.

  • Rivertown Flats – Wyoming, MI

    Located on Resurrection Life Church land controlled by Granger, the project consists of 330 apartments, which is in the entitlement process for zoning and permits in line with the city’s master plan. The project will begin in Q2 of 2022 with completion by Fall of 2023.
