Kalynn Dunst serves as the Director of Accounting at Granger Group, where she supports the company’s real estate development portfolio through financial reporting, close governance, construction draw management, and multi-entity accounting. With more than nine years of accounting experience across real estate development, construction, and manufacturing, Kalynn brings strong technical expertise in GAAP-compliant reporting, intercompany accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal controls. In her role at Granger Group, she leads month-end and year-end close processes for more than 20 real estate development entities, partners with development teams on project budgets and proformas, and helps maintain audit-ready financial processes. Kalynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Management from Davenport University, along with a graduate certificate in Managerial Accounting, and is currently pursuing her Certified Management Accountant designation.
