Devon Joslin is the Chief Investment Officer at Granger Group, where he leads investment strategy, development underwriting, capital structuring, portfolio design, and growth initiatives across the firm’s evolving real estate platform. He brings more than a decade of experience across investment, operations, development, and organizational leadership, with an investment philosophy centered on durability, disciplined execution, and controlled expansion.
Prior to joining Granger Group, Devon led Josvon Holdings, a diversified private investment and operating company with interests spanning hospitality, technology, real estate, entertainment, fashion, consumer products, and professional sports. Under his leadership, the company evolved into a stabilized multi-industry platform that was ultimately successfully sold.
Throughout his career, Devon has directly managed and participated in more than $1 billion in transactions across several industries. He also built and managed more than $100 million in assets under management through his private holdings and affiliated ventures.
In addition to his private sector leadership, Devon has held several regional advisory and governance positions focused on entrepreneurship, economic development, and business growth. He previously served as Chairman of the Michigan Center for Economic Innovation, Chairman of the Grand Rapids Community College Business Advisory Committee, and as a judge for the MWEST Business Pitch Competition.
Devon also serves as Business Faculty at Aquinas College, where he teaches coursework focused on business strategy, management, and leadership development.
He has been featured in multiple regional publications for his work in business, investment, and community leadership. Devon was recognized by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business 40 Under 40 and named Young Changemaker of the Year by the State of Michigan Hispanic Latino Affairs Commission for his leadership, advocacy, and professional accomplishments.
