With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and advisory roles spanning real estate, construction, and property management, Tom brings extensive expertise in financial management, operational oversight, and strategic planning.

In his role at Granger Group, he partners closely with executive leadership and project teams to deliver timely financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and maintain strong financial integrity throughout the lifecycle of each development. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), recognized for his detail-oriented approach, analytical mindset, and commitment to excellence in financial reporting and process management.
