Lindsey Leblanc serves as Director of Development at Granger Group, where she oversees the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of development projects, including multi-family, mixed-use, and residential developments throughout Michigan. Her work spans the full development lifecycle, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, financial modeling, design coordination, construction management, and project delivery. Lindsey is known for her strategic approach, operational organization, and ability to build strong relationships with municipalities, consultants, and project partners to move complex developments forward successfully.

Prior to joining Granger Group, Lindsey spent eight years with Fusion Education Group , leading national real estate growth and development initiatives. During her tenure, she helped expand the company from 23 to 84 locations across 19 states, overseeing market strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, design, construction, and portfolio management. She also previously worked with Chipman Design Architecture, managing retail development projects for national brands, including Ulta Beauty.

Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as hiking, camping, and participating in endurance racing events.
